At Jecama and Dasha Living Space, we are pleased to announce the opening of our newest building in Valencia’s historic El Carmen district, located at Calle Alta 36. This prime location combines cultural charm, proximity to the Turia Gardens, and excellent access to the city center — making it ideal for mid-term living.

The newly completed building features six fully equipped apartments, including two penthouses, designed to meet the needs of relocated professionals seeking medium-term stays ranging from 15 days to 11 months. The project reinforces our commitment to offering a fully serviced, flexible living solution that goes beyond traditional vacation rentals.

With this addition, Dasha Living Space now manages six buildings in Valencia, totaling 65 apartments and 120 beds. Our international clientele primarily comes from Germany, the Netherlands, France, and the U.S., attracted by the city’s lifestyle, climate, and sustainable infrastructure.

As Jesús Boix, CEO of the group, notes: “Valencia is becoming the European Miami.” The city continues to draw digital nomads, international professionals, and companies relocating talent due to its quality of life and lower energy and operational costs.

This building strengthens our strategy to identify new-build or fully renovated assets that fit within a sustainable and digitally managed rental model, especially in a market where construction costs and energy considerations are becoming increasingly critical.
