Located at Calle Compromiso Caspe 6, the property in Patraix will be operated by Dasha Living Space for an initial five-year term. It includes six three-bedroom apartments, designed for stays of up to six months — ideal for corporate clients and relocated professionals.

Steady expansion with consolidated figures

With this seventh active building (including both new developments and renovations), we now offer a total of 71 apartments and 135 beds in Valencia. We are also in advanced negotiations to add further properties to our portfolio before the end of the year.

International demand and energy efficiency

As our CEO Jesús Boix notes, there is a noticeable increase in demand from Northern European professionals — particularly from Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Denmark — who value Valencia’s energy efficiency, mild climate, and remote-work readiness. Our current average occupancy stands at 90%.
