At Jecama, we are pleased to share news that reinforces our commitment to quality housing investment: we have formed a strategic alliance with Mazabi, one of Spain’s most prominent multifamily offices, to carry out their first residential operation in the city of Valencia.
This collaboration involves the joint acquisition of two plots of land, which will be developed into two buildings comprising around 30 units, specifically designed for corporate rental and aimed at relocated professionals. In total, including land acquisition and future construction, the committed investment amounts to €10.5 million.
One of the plots is located in Tres Forques and will house approximately 17 units, while the other, in Gaspar Aguilar, will include around 15 units. Together, the buildings will offer nearly 30 residences, all to be managed by Dasha Living Space, our mid-term rental operator. We are proud that both projects will incorporate high standards of energy efficiency and sustainability, aligned with our philosophy and track record in Green Building-certified developments.
