In the event of any of the present clauses being declared void, the rest of the clauses shall remain in effect, and will be interpreted considering the will of the parties and the purpose of these conditions. Jecama may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document which does not imply in any case the waiver of the same unless expressly recognized by Jecama.
