The team

Jesús Boix

CEO. Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communication. He completed two MAs in Innovation and Brand Strategy at Brunel University in London. Successfully completed the GESCO program at ESIC University. During 2014-2016, he completed an Executive MBA at IE with a specialization in Corporate Finance. After finishing his EMBA at the Institute of Enterprise, he continued his specialization in Real Estate Portfolio Management. After working in various countries, he joined JECAMA SL in 2010, leading the company to adapt to the current market. His professional experience includes being a high executive in marketing and communication companies in cities such as London, Riyadh, and Madrid.

María José Rubio

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR. Bachelor’s degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Valencia. María José specializes in finance and is currently the financial director of Jecama. She gained experience in the financial departments of Finisterre Seguros and CSIC in Barcelona.

Esther Crespo

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT. Graduated in Business Administration and specialized in corporate finance. Esther is responsible for analyzing investments and developing models for Jecama’s various projects. After holding various significant positions in financial and tax consultants, she completed a course in Model Building and Projection Analysis.

Sheila Brigitte Muenala de la Torre

A recent graduate in accounting and finance from UV (Universidad de Valencia), joined Jecama to carry out extracurricular practices and recently became a part of the team as an ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

Luis Garcia and Luis Felipe are the TECHNICAL TEAM OF JECAMA. Despite being an independent team, they serve as the Project Managers for all projects developed by Jecama. They have extensive experience in developing real estate promotions for housing as well as hotel projects, making them an invaluable asset in developing innovative Build to Rent projects. With more than 47 projects executed and over 1253 homes brought to the market, the Technical Management Workshop is an added value for all projects developed by Jecama. Their functions include:

  • Feasibility studies.
  • Due diligence.
  • Technical reports.
  • Comprehensive project management.
  • Assistance with promotion subsidies.
